    Checking in was very quick, and the stay was absolutely wonderful. My last day, we packed and I was in a hurry to check out since I had to get to work the next day and unable to stay the extra day that we paid for the room. With too many items I totally forgot my camera bag that worth quite some money that I recently bought for my photography. Fortunately, I called and spoke to someone by the name of Wendy at Housekeeping and she was able to locate the item. This is what I call excellent and beyond compare customer service and excellent housekeeping that is honest and sincere. The housekeeper’s name was Roxanne. Thank you Roxanne, you are my savior and if you read this, may the Lord our God bless you abundantly for your kind and honest heart. You don’t know what this weekend photos mean to me…memories…if I didn’t forget this bag I wouldn’t have known how a wonderful person you are, this hotel should be proud to hire such an honest, loyal, and hardworking person like you. Your honestly deserved a promotion and is very much appreciated. Thank You for such a wonderful service…..we highly recommend you stay.
